Who We Are and What We Do

Quick Dispatch LLC is a truck dispatching company that provides dispatch support to owner-operators and motor carriers operating under their own authority. We are not a freight broker, a motor carrier, a shipper, or a factoring company, and we do not take possession of freight. Carriers remain responsible for their own authority, insurance, equipment, drivers and regulatory compliance.

Use of the Website

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or creating an account.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• Carrier portal accounts are for the carrier and its authorized personnel only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Dispatch Services

• Loads are presented to you with the details and the rate. We operate with no forced dispatch, and the decision to accept any load is yours.
• We work to negotiate competitive rates, but we do not guarantee any specific rate, load volume, revenue or lane availability.
• Service scope and final terms are confirmed in a written service agreement before onboarding is complete.

Fees

Our dispatch fee is 7–10% per successfully booked load. Pricing and eligibility may vary based on equipment, carrier profile, and service agreement. Final terms are provided before onboarding.

Communications

By contacting us or working with us, you agree that we may respond by phone or email. Text messaging is separate and optional: we send SMS only where you have given express SMS consent, as described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Quick Dispatch LLC.

Intellectual Property

The Quick Dispatch name, logo, website content and materials are owned by Quick Dispatch LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Dispatch LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
